What Are We

Sunset Acres is a neighborhood represented by a Homeowner’s Association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions as governed by the adoption of articles by Washington State laws.

Located just off highway 702, the community is located between Spanaway, McKenna and Eatonville in Pierce County Washington.
